Race FAQs
Where should I park?
There are three lots on upper Edgewater and one lot on the lower part of the park. It wouldn't be a bad idea to carpool with your running buddy though!
If I am pre-registered, am I required to pick up my packet at one of the packet pick up sites?
No, it is not required but we would suggest it so you won't have to wait in line on race day.
Is it safe to register online with my credit card?
Yes, Hermes Sports and Events has partnered with Active.com who is a leader in online registration. Hermes uses Active.com for almost all of our races. It is safe and secure and they can guarantee that your information will be safe.
If I am unable to attend and I have already registered, can I still get my shirt?
Yes, you can pick up your shirt at our office the following week. We do not mail shirts. Please call ahead of time to let us know that you are coming.
Can I switch events?
Yes, you may switch events prior to race day. Please call ahead of time so we can make the necessary changes in our system.
If I am registering with a family member, can I fill out one registration form?
No, we require individual entry forms for each participant to make sure that we have all the information we need for that participant. We will not accept two names on one form.
Is there a bag check?
Yes, the bag check will be located near the start line at Edgewater Park. Belongings will be taken to the finish line for runners to pick up.
Can I walk the course?
Yes, the course will remain open for 3 hours. If you are still on the course at that time, you will be asked to the move to the side walk because the streets will re-open at 11:30 AM. The finish line will remain open until the last runner/walker crosses.
Where are the water stops?
The water stops will be located at mile markers 2, 4,6 and 8.
Where can I see my results?
Overall results can be found on our website by 1 p.m. the afternoon of the race.
